We place patent attorneys, trade mark attorneys and IP lawyers in positions in the UK and around the world and as an intellectual property recruitment specialist, we can give insight from a perspective different and potentially more pragmatic than your peer group. We recruit both for in-house positions and private practices at all levels from part qualified patent or trade mark attorney (or newly qualified solicitor/lawyer) up to and including Equity Partner and Head of IP/Director positions. We work with many of the most prestigious UK firms and some of the largest corporations in the world.

Over the years we have placed attorneys in a wide variety of roles within the UK and overseas. These have included ex-Partners seeking a change of pace (or those whose clients needed a less political home), part qualified attorneys frustrated by a lack of support, newly qualified associates getting too much agency work (or not enough) and those who really wanted ‘something different’ but have not been able to put their finger on quite what that is. We have encouraged attorneys to consider options that were not initially obvious, leading to some quite dramatic career changes and have given confidence by providing support and guidance throughout the interview process.
