About the Role
You will be advising clients on the protection of complex software and AI-based inventions, supporting them through every stage of the patent lifecycle. The role offers a strong balance of original drafting, prosecution, portfolio management and strategic IP advice, with a particular focus on technologies shaping the future of innovation. There’s also plenty of opportunity to build strong client relationships and contribute to the continued development of the practice, as well as clear markers for your own personal growth and career progression.
Working as part of a collaborative and technically accomplished team, you will engage directly with inventors, in-house counsel, and business pioneers across a diverse international client base.
What We’re Looking For
We are interested in speaking with qualified Patent Attorneys who can demonstrate:
- Strong experience drafting and prosecuting patent applications within the software, AI, or computer-implemented inventions space.
- Excellent technical understanding of software-related technologies.
- A commercial and client-focused approach.
