Chúng tôi đang tuyển dụng cho một công ty sở hữu trí tuệ quốc tế đang có kế hoạch mở rộng hiện diện tại Việt Nam. Đây là cơ hội để bạn được một tổ chức lớn hỗ trợ phát triển sự nghiệp và dẫn dắt việc xây dựng văn phòng như một phần trong chiến lược tổng thể của họ tại khu vực Đông Nam Á.
Yêu cầu về chuyên môn khá linh hoạt – bạn chỉ cần là một luật sư sáng chế đủ điều kiện hành nghề tại Việt Nam, còn lĩnh vực kỹ thuật của bạn có thể rất đa dạng. Công ty có các nhóm chuyên môn mạnh tại châu Á trong mọi lĩnh vực kỹ thuật, vì vậy họ có thể hỗ trợ bạn dù bạn chuyên về hóa học, công nghệ sinh học, điện tử, kỹ thuật hay một lĩnh vực hẹp hơn.
Công ty sẽ hỗ trợ bạn thành lập văn phòng và theo thời gian xây dựng đội ngũ cũng như phát triển hoạt động kinh doanh. Bạn cần có bản lĩnh và động lực để đón nhận thử thách này, nhưng điều đó không có nghĩa bạn phải đang là Partner của một hãng luật. Bạn có thể là một luật sư trẻ đầy nhiệt huyết, luật sư cấp cao, giám đốc, hoặc một partner đang tìm kiếm một cơ hội hoàn toàn khác biệt. Công ty sẽ cung cấp hỗ trợ hạ tầng và chuyên môn đáng kể, và họ đã có kinh nghiệm mở văn phòng tại nhiều quốc gia ở châu Á nên quen thuộc với những vấn đề phát sinh ngoài dự kiến. Họ cũng có sẵn một lượng khách hàng để hỗ trợ việc phát triển văn phòng, vì vậy dù về lâu dài bạn sẽ cần làm phát triển kinh doanh, điều này không phải yêu cầu cấp thiết trong giai đoạn đầu.
Ứng viên phải có khả năng giao tiếp bằng tiếng Anh bên cạnh tiếng Việt.

We are recruiting for an international IP firm who wish to establish a presence in Vietnam. This is an opportunity to be supported in your career by a large organisation and lead the development of an office as part of their overarching strategy for the Southeast Asia region.
There is a great deal of flexibility on your background – you will be a patent attorney able to practice in Vietnam but your technical expertise is very flexible. The firm have strong practices in Asia in every technical area so will be able to support you whether you specialise in chemistry, biotechnology, electronics, engineering or have a very narrow focus.
The firm will help you found an office and over time build a team and grow a practice. You should have the strength of character to be motivated by this type of challenge but that does not mean you are currently a Partner of a firm. You might be a highly motivated associate, senior associate or director or indeed a partner seeking a very different kind of opportunity. The firm will provide a great deal of infrastructural support and expertise and have set up new offices in a number of jurisdictions across Asia so are used to dealing with the unanticipated problems that can arise. They have an existing client base to support the development of the office, so whilst business development will be necessary in the long term it’s not essential in the short term.
Candidates must be able to communicate in English in addition to Vietnamese.
