Here’s the pitch – you will be working for a tech start up focused on supporting businesses develop innovation. They’re doing this via a software infrastructure around an AI platform (big focus on the AI) supporting Fortune 500 companies and international law firms. The business is well funded with significant growth aspiration over the coming years.
The role is to work with clients and develop, prototype and deliver proofs of concept and new products. You will apply your background in IP to determine how the business captures and protects ideas as it grows. This is a fully forward-facing role so you’ll need to be comfortable working with a range of clients and be able to adjust your pitch accordingly for each one.
Given the start-up’s interest in both the UK and US markets, successful applications will likely be either nearly/newly European qualified patent attorneys or qualified US patent agents/attorneys.
The salary range for position would be around Senior Associate/Director level but with flexibility beyond this.
