Work with the senior leadership team on highly complex and valuable trade mark matters. The unique backgrounds and experience of the Trade Mark team will also allow you to gain a unique exposure to high level contentious matters such as international litigation, appeals, and opposition proceedings.
Ideal candidates will have around 1-4 years’ PQE. Experience in copyright, design, and plant variety rights is desirable but not essential. You will be confident in a busy fast paced team, working closely with clients across a range of sectors. The firm encourages their attorneys to build their own practice and portfolio, and offers support for this through the senior trade mark practitioners and in-house Marketing and Business Development practice.
The firm has a number of locations across the south of England so there is flexibility on where you will be based, with the option for hybrid/home working
