The Role You’ll work across a broad spectrum of trade mark matters, supporting a diverse client base that includes major brands, innovative SMEs, and fast‑growth technology companies. The role offers genuine variety and early responsibility, with the support of experienced attorneys and a collaborative wider team.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing trade mark portfolios across the UK, EU, and internationally
- Conducting clearance searches, advising on registrability, and preparing filings
- Handling oppositions, cancellations, and other contentious matters
- Drafting agreements and providing strategic brand protection advice
- Working closely with colleagues across legal, technical, and commercial disciplines
- Building strong client relationships and contributing to business development initiatives
About You
- Newly qualified UK Trade Mark Attorney (or exam‑complete and awaiting registration)
- Strong analytical skills and excellent written communication
- A proactive, commercial mindset with the confidence to engage directly with clients
