There is a great deal of flexibility when it comes to technical mix across engineering, physics and electrical engineering.
You do not need to be qualified in Singapore although an interest in cross-qualifying will be highly regarded. The firm are particularly interested in patent attorneys qualified in Europe, the USA, Canada, Australia/New Zealand, Japan and S. Korea but there is flexibility.
At present they have a high volume of Japanese originating work so Japanese language skills would be highly beneficial. They are not necessarily essential but will be advantageous but if you have a strong profile and some experience of working with Japanese clients that would still be highly regarded.
This is a rapidly growing practice and that growth will ensure numerous opportunities for long term progression. The firm will support you through the visa and relocation process to move to Singapore.
