Ta-dah!! We’ve only gone and started a sister company.
Since September 2018 we have been slowly and softly launching our sister brand Fellows Finance.
Fellows Finance is ably led by Rebecca Wood who has been losing hair arguing with our web designers to get the website just right (if you spot a mistake she’d looove to hear from you); building a spiffing social media presence (for the first time a Fellows brand is properly on Instagram) and generally developing a contact base.
At least to begin with Fellows Finance will focus on recruiting finance professionals for accountancy firms, in particular qualified and part qualified accountants but also other fee earning positions such as payroll. Having said that, if you are one of our IP firm clients and reading this, this developing pool of candidates and information may well mean Rebecca will be able to help you recruit your internal finance roles too!
Rebecca is being supported by Pete Fellows who has considerable experience recruiting in the accountancy firm sector (before he switched focus to IP) and we hope to bring the Fellows and Associates’ bespoke, client focused style to another market.
It’s been a long road for us at Fellows and Associates considering how to expand and this new company made the most sense. It plays to Pete’s previous experience, it remains within professional services which is a sector we understand very well and we know there is an undersupply of candidates so our (potentially) different approach may produce different results.

If you have suggestions of other businesses we could start then just let us know, anything to do with cake (as long as we don’t have to make it ourselves) might be popular. Actually, if you just want to give us free cake and not suggest a business that would be better. We can call it ‘Fellows Cakes’ if it makes you feel better.
