The Playstation 4 recently had its, somewhat arguable, anticlimactic launch. In January we noted that Sony had introduced a patent application that could block second hand gaming. This claim was irrefutably denied at the launch, however it maybe that the forthcoming ‘Xbox 720’ may also go down this (perhaps doomed) route.
And whilst we’re on the subject, last year Sony filed a patent application for an EyePad game controller that could rival the Wii-U. Here at Fellows and Associates, we can’t help but think we’ve heard something eerily similar before….
