Intellectual Property Solicitor Newly Qualified – 3 Years’ PQE

This is a role that would suit someone who doesn’t want to specialise in one area of IP.  Perhaps you get bored easily and want to try a range of different things? Perhaps you wanted to strengthen skills in one area and build them in another? Maybe you are super interested in litigation (of which there will be a fair amount) but you don’t only want to do litigation?  Perhaps you want to work in hard IP, soft IP and medium strength IP? (There’s the widest of selections – patent litigation, trademarks, copyright, competition law, data protection, privacy).

The role is based in the North West and they operate a hybrid working policy.

The firm may also consider candidates who wish to cross-qualify as solicitors but who have highly relevant experience.  For example, qualified/part qualified patent attorneys.
