Part Qualified Patent Attorney, Chemistry
It can be difficult getting the exposure to the work that you’d like when you’re starting out in your patent career. There might be a few trainees all trying to liaise with the same Partner or work with a particular client/technology. That is far from the case at this firm. They are small but extremely successful, with the capability to offer one to one training and access to responsibilities you wouldn’t necessarily get until later on at other firms.
You will be drafting and filing patent applications; managing oppositions and appeals; handling world-wide prosecution; due diligence, strategic advisory work, and M&As; and have complete responsibility for global patent portfolios and IP lifecycles.
Ideal candidates will have a background in chemistry and have a couple of years’ experience training as a patent attorney. Flexible working is available
