An incredibly successful and internationally focused firm is growing their experienced trade mark team with an additional finalist level or recently qualified trade mark attorney. You will also benefit from the support of an experienced paralegal team and have the opportunity to assist in supervising a trainee, alongside a Partner.
You will be responsible for a portfolio of clients originating from a diverse range of industries including automotive, consumer goods, sports, food and drink, clothing, pharmaceuticals and leisure. You will develop their trade mark strategy through tasks including reviewing the existing portfolio and identifying any strengths and weaknesses; monitoring international competitor and sector activity; designing, implementing and managing an appropriate branding strategy; and helping futureproof your client’s portfolio through streamlining their internal management processes and imagining new avenues in which the brand can develop.
